HVAC Service Technician

Morrison Plumbing, Heating, Air is looking for a few good men and women to join our outstanding team of service professionals.

Technicians are paid weekly, and we offer top pay with uncapped commission opportunities for your skillset with a competitive sign-on bonus.

Salary ***$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS***

$16-$35 per hour based on experience plus uncapped performance based bonus program

• Rotating Schedule of 4- 10’s
• Weekend availability
• NO ON CALL

HVAC Service Tech Responsibilities:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
• Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
• Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

HVAC Service Technician Requirements:

• 2 Year Experience with an HVAC Company
• Coachable; willingness to learn and take next steps in career
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• EPA Certification
• Trade School Certification
• Flexible availability
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate with technology
