I had a clogged drain in my basement, and I contacted Morrison Plumbing, Heating & Air, and a technician came out the same day. The first technician ...Antjuan was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided additional information. He tried several techniques to unclog my drain but was unsuccessful. He provided me with several options, and I ultimately decided on a process to flush the drain line, requiring another technician to come out. The second technician, Aaron, was just as great. He was thorough, professional, courteous, and efficient. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Morrison, for taking your business so seriously. You hire the best, and for that, I appreciate you! Chris came out today for our furnace maintenance. I have been using Morrison Plumming for all my HVAC and plumbing needs for some time now. And as always Chris was courteous and helpful. He installed a new thermostat that I could not get installed by my ...self. Then throughout his furnace maintenance he explained more about my system (which was completely installed by Morrison Plumming) sometimes we just don't know enough to ask the right questions. Morrison tech's know. Then Chris installed a new air scrubber on our system. Explaining everything as he did so. Because of their technician's personal touch, Morrison Plumming are the people I continue to call for any of my plumbing and HVAC needs.Read More...
Chris came out yesterday to repair out furnace. He was so nice, professional and informative. Because of his experience he was able to fix our furnace without replacing any parts. I will definitely use Morrison again.
UPDATE: I was originally quoted $399.00 to replace a bathroom faucet. When I said that was too expensive, just change the shut-offs, they quoted me $357. That was just for the shut-offs. So i paid them my $49 (they were only there for 15 mins) and ...went on about my day. Received a call from the manager stating he would do the job (just the shut-offs) for $200.00. I agreed since my daughter needed water to her bathroom sink. Antuan came out, replaced the shut-offs, charged me the $200, but I still didnt have any water. Was frustrated to say the least. Soooo, got on FB and gotva guy to fix it for $50. Its great. No problems. Morrison is extremely high on their prices. They are professional but very expensive.Read More...
Tech came in to fix a clog and accidentally broke a pipe. After I brought this to their attention, they scheduled a technician to come in and fix this. Great customer service! Thank you, I won't forget this. You have my recommendation!
